Longdown Road - New Build

GPR Building Contractors Ltd won the contract to build a large Surrey home.

Although this build had 5 bedrooms it was classed as a 7/8 bedroom build due to the oversized bedroom and bathroom sizes.

This large build of 250m2 floor size was beautifully designed with centre piece stairs that split into two, with a light tunnel over. Each room had its own ensuite with further more family bathroom and ground floor toilet. It has been suspended on a piled raft system.

This stunning house was finished to a very high end, german spec kitchen, Vola bathroom fittings and Italian tiles.

Many high end touches, led lighting in coffers, Bose speaker system through out automatic gates, electric car charges 100m2 rear decking area to name just a few.

This was an absolute stunning build and was something we are very proud of. The house was spectacular and still looks as good today as it did the day we finished it.

Breathtaking house and a complete beautiful house to gaze upon each and every time i drive past.

It goes without saying this house continues to hold its value and keeps rising every year.
