Jon Griffiths is based in Havant, Hampshire & Lee Griffiths is based in Plaistow, West Sussex.

Because we live in different counties it means we cover a large area. We started in and around the Portsmouth area before moving towards Surrey, then spent 3 years in South West & central London.

We have completed such a wide array of builds, we believe this has helped us to gain a huge vast knowledge in the building industry as a whole and we have begun to start our own development company for our own builds.

We have become invaluable as project managers and have strong connections to sub-contractors and suppliers alike.

We have a huge passion for what we do and wether we are starting groundworks, tiling, fitting a kitchen or cutting a flat roof and fibreglassing we have extreme passion for what we do.

We have completed many builds from large new builds to care home extensions so we feel we are well adapt to any project.

GPR Building Contractors Ltd won the tender to renovate a high end penthouse Apartment in Kensington. Working along side a prestigious architect and multiple of highly skilled professional bodies we delivered the project to the highest standard

Longdown Road - New Build

GPR Building Contractors Ltd won the contract to build a large Surrey home.
Although this build had 5 bedrooms it was classed as a 7/8 bedroom build due to the oversized bedroom and bathroom sizes.

GPR Building Contractors Ltd were contracted for an extension, large loft conversion and full renovation.

Large Care Home Extension

GPR Building Contractors Ltd - Large care home extension we completed which included 13 en-suite bedrooms, 2 assisted bathrooms, lift and shaft plus much more - complete build from start to completion, this care home is based in Horndean and has the highest standards by CQC including multiple awards.
