GPR Building Contractors Ltd were contracted for an extension, large loft conversion and full renovation.

This build included major alterations and structural changes removing 5 load bearing walls at ground floor level. Completely adding additional floor by means of a large loft conversion. New kitchen and utility, new bathrooms and downstairs toilet. New air-conditioning units throughout and underfloor heating.

New parquet flooring throughout ground floor level.

This was a large project and we toke the whole house back to bare brick walls.

The whole house had new plasterboard and plaster, completely re-decorated, fully rewired, completely new heating system all new bathrooms and ensuite’s, complete new roof, we even installed security systems, home hubs and car chargers.

The end result was spectacular and we added a huge amount of value to this run down property taking this house back up to the highest figures on this section of the road.
