Penthouse Apartment in Kensington

GPR Building Contractors Ltd won the tender to renovate a high end penthouse Apartment in Kensington. Working along side a prestigious architect and multiple of highly skilled professional bodies we delivered the project to the highest standard 

This build was a complete rip out back to just brick walls. 

Major alterations and new structural changes to open plan the double storey apartment. 

New soundproof floors throughout with complex sound design all of which needed to adhere to guidelines and pass various sound tests and building control. 

New bathrooms and ensuite’s with sliding pocket doors, over sized doors and frames extending to near ceiling height, new kitchen, new flooring over underfloor heating throughout. This was a very high end build including Vola bathroom fittings and Buster and Punch ironworks and sockets. 

We passed all our tests by big margins and the sound company examining our floors remarked (perfect). 

The end result was stunning and the apartment went from a boring standard basic run down house to a beautiful very high end designed home of the highest standard.
